VinFast Deepens Indonesian Footprint with PT Oto Klix Indonesia Partnership

VinFast expands service network in Indonesia through partnership with PT Oto Klix Indonesia
The two parties will actively discuss business cooperation opportunities, share information, and coordinate marketing activities related to after-sales services for electric vehicles in Southeast Asia.

11 April 2025 – Hanoi, Vietnam — Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer VinFast is accelerating its growth in Indonesia with a newly announced partnership with PT Oto Klix Indonesia. This collaboration marks a significant step in strengthening the brand’s after-sales service infrastructure across the archipelago as VinFast expands its EV portfolio.

The agreement enables VinFast to tap into PT Oto Klix Indonesia’s extensive network, with plans to activate 150 authorized service workshops to support the increasing number of VinFast vehicles on the road. The partnership is a strategic move aimed at improving service quality and enhancing customer experience amid the ongoing transition to electric mobility in Indonesia.

In April, VinFast appointed 40 service workshops under PT Oto Klix Indonesia, with another 110 workshops to follow. These facilities are strategically located across major regions including Greater Jakarta, West Java, Bali, East Java, West Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi. Further network expansion is set to reach provinces across Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua.

As an authorized partner, PT Oto Klix Indonesia will handle the distribution of genuine VinFast parts and components, ensuring customers have access to products that align with the brand’s global standards. In addition to parts distribution, its workshops will deliver full-spectrum services including maintenance, repairs, and warranty support, all in line with VinFast’s stringent facility and equipment requirements.

VinFast will also provide technical training and ongoing support to PT Oto Klix Indonesia’s staff, enabling rapid scaling of the service network in tandem with anticipated vehicle deliveries.

The collaboration is part of VinFast’s broader ambition to establish 500 authorized service workshops in Indonesia by the end of the year. PT Oto Klix Indonesia’s current footprint of 900 facilities positions it as a vital partner in achieving this target.
