Kingdee successfully hosted the “Digital Transformation and Innovation Summit 2023” at the Mira Hotel on June 7th. The forum, organized by Kingdee Hong Kong, marked the company’s first large-scale event post the Covid-19 pandemic, focusing on digital transformation and providing a platform for sharing latest advancements in cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence.
Zhang Yong, the President of Kingdee China, inaugurated the summit, emphasizing the transformation in the global business landscape due to changing consumption habits and emerging technologies. He underscored the significance of digital transformation as a vital element for enterprises’ sustainable development, urging companies to build digital capabilities to enhance their innovation, resilience, and competitiveness.
In his speech, Zhang mentioned Kingdee’s early adoption of cloud transformation strategy in 2012, establishing itself as a leading cloud service provider in China. Highlighting Kingdee’s role in supporting Chinese companies in global markets, he noted that the company has provided services to over 3,000 large-scale enterprises in Hong Kong.
The summit, themed “Embracing the Digital Age through Data-driven Collaboration”, then proceeded with discussions led by experts, association leaders, and partner company executives. The aim was to innovate and promote digital transformation, enabling enterprises to anticipate future trends and challenges, boost competitiveness, and foster business transformations.
The later sessions of the summit saw guests sharing their enterprise strategic development and digital transformation models. They discussed how Kingdee assists in achieving business model innovation through digital transformation, using practical examples to demonstrate its effectiveness.
In a roundtable panel discussion, guests explored strategies for expanding businesses in the Greater Bay Area and Chinese market. The discussion centered around seizing new opportunities and ensuring high-quality development for enterprises in this rapidly evolving era.
