SINGAPORE, 24 January 2025 – Kaplan (Singapore) has officially opened the doors to its new City Campus at Odeon 333, marking a significant step forward in its mission to shape adaptable, skilled graduates for the future economy. Launched on 17 January 2025, the campus is the latest hub for delivering Murdoch University and Kaplan programmes, while offering a modern, student-centric environment designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and well-being.
This milestone is especially symbolic as it coincides with the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Singapore and Australia, alongside Murdoch University’s 50th anniversary and 25 years of delivering quality education in Singapore. The new campus is both a celebration of enduring partnerships and a reaffirmation of Kaplan and Murdoch University’s long-term commitment to education in the region. Their partnership was recently renewed in 2024 for another 15 years.
The launch ceremony brought together dignitaries and community leaders including His Excellency Allaster Cox, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, and Ms Denise Phua, Mayor of Central Singapore District. The event included a symbolic LED ball lighting ceremony, a campus tour, and immersive demonstrations such as virtual reality showcases and a livestream to Murdoch University in Perth, highlighting the global interconnectedness of today’s learning environments.
The new campus—strategically located in the heart of the city at Odeon 333, a BCA Green Mark Platinum-certified building—is a testament to Kaplan’s emphasis on both accessibility and sustainability.
