HCL was recognised by the Top Employers Institute, the global authority in spotting excellence in human resource practices.
Each year, Top Employers Institute certifies organisations that put their people first through exceptional HR policies. This certification program recognises organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion and more.
HCL won Top Employer in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Guatemala, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. Recognized for the sixteenth time in a row in the United Kingdom, HCL ranked first in Poland, Sweden and the Philippines.
The program has certified and recognised more than 1857 Top Employers in 123 countries/regions across five continents.
