Ambow, NCUT announce launch of Microelectronics Talent Cultivation Center

Leading educational, career enhancement, and tech service provider Ambow Education Holding Ltd., recently introduced its Microelectronics Talent Cultivation Center.

Developed hand in hand with the North China University of Technology (NCUT), the Center promotes the company’s long-time strategy of integrating domestic and international industry requirements into China’s broader education system. The hope is to boost industry-academy cooperation and coordinated talent development.

Ambow president and CEO Dr. Jin Huang expects that a “deepening collaboration” with the school would “inspire engagement and innovation” among members of the industry.

“As we build effective connections between universities and enterprises and train high-quality talents with advanced skills and practical experience, we will facilitate technology transformation for our society,” he added.

Ambow and NCUT first partnered in October 2021 to cultivate a new Integrated Circuit (IC) Talent Ecosystem, setting the stage for further collaboration. To build on their previous partnership’s success as well as look into a new path for the future of the microelectronics industry, Ambow and NCUT’s highly-sophisticated Technology and Innovation Research Institute worked together to create the Center.

With top talent and core microelectronics training, the Center aims to develop a sustainable talent pipeline and technology support for the microelectronics sector. It also aims to solve the domestic shortage of application-focused talent and senior R&D professionals in the industry.
