Recognizing enterprises that put a premium on providing their employees with a comfortable, trustworthy work environment, the Great Places to Work (GPTW) Singapore Awards saw the addition of design and creativity powerhouse Adobe to its first Best Workplaces in Technology lineup last year, coming in at 3rd place.
A newcomer to the GPTW Singapore Awards, Adobe’s victory in the Medium & Large category of Best Workplaces was coupled with a 4th place prize in the overall segment of the same category.
Simon Dale, Adobe Managing Director for Southeast Asia, graciously accepted the award fromSingapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat during the recognition ceremony at the Marina Bay Sands on December 2, 2021.
“I’m very proud to see Adobe named a Singapore Best Workplace. We have a unique ‘Kampong Spirit’ at Adobe Singapore, and our people are our most important asset,” Dale said.
He also spoke of how the company prioritizes establishing a work environment that is conducive to productivity while maintaining equality and respect among everyone.
Meanwhile, Adobe Asia Pacific Employee Experience head Sarah Dunn explained that the company espouses a vision of “Adobe for All”, and fully supports diversity, which she said acts as a source of strength for the enterprise.

Our Adobe For All vision guides how we hire, manage, and support the growth of all our employees, and helps us build a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can actively participate and do their best, most creative work. We emphasize ongoing learning and development, engagement, and well-being to ensure every employee can reach their full potential,” Dunn stated.
